Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
To secure your reservation, full payment is required in advance.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other available payment methods provided during booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3–7 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date or no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed within up to 7 business days.
Any applicable transaction or processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Changes & Adjustments
Bali Best Trip reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues.
In such situations, guests will be offered an alternative option or a full refund.
5. Liability & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
Bali Best Trip is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the tour.
All participants must follow instructions provided by the driver or guide for safety purposes.
6. Punctuality
Guests are expected to be ready on time at the agreed pick-up location.
Delays may result in reduced tour duration without any refund or compensation.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests to have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and trip cancellations.
